Carol M. Thomas is a paralegal of Smith, Mills & Schrock Law.  She received her Associates of Science Degree and graduated from the Kirkwood Community College completing the Paralegal Program in 1986.  She has worked as a paralegal for the last 32 years practicing in areas of law including personal injury litigation, business litigation, workers’ compensation, estates, guardianships and conservatorships, and collections.  She has worked at the firm since 2017 practicing primarily in workers’ compensation and civil litigation.
